Na verdade é uma farinha de milho instantânea nixtamalizada, hidratada simplesmente com água para conseguir uma textura flexível e macia. A farinha de milho mais utilizada no México é a MINSA ou MASECA e nixtamalizada porque é feita por um processo de cozimento do milho com cal e posteriormente processado até ficar uma pasta bem lisa. O destaque foi para o Sauvignon Blanc que estava muito equilibrado, com aromas frutados e presença marcante na boca de maçã verde...o atendimento aqui não é para nada personalizado. Aqui temos alguns itens: Machas (as de cor rosa), mexilhão (extremamente delicado), Jibia (a branquinha, que é uma lula gigante, podendo pesar de 30 a 40kg) e o Piure (o vermelinha, que é um molusco que vem numa caparaça que tem forma de pedra grande!! com vários Piure dentro) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span lang="PT-BR"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #783f04;"&gt;A “Salsa Verde”!!! Quero dividir com vocês. Esse é tipo um vinagrete. Extremamente simples e clássico nas preparações com frutos do mar aqui no Chile.
